Terms & Conditions

You can enquire about a party through our website enquiry form, by phone or by email. We will confirm whether your preferred date is available and discuss the details of your party with you.

Your booking is only confirmed once we have received your £50 booking deposit. Until the deposit is paid, dates remain available to other customers. By paying the deposit you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and conditions.

Our current advertised packages are:

• 60 Minute Party — £250, including up to 10 players
• 90 Minute Party — £350, including up to 10 players
• Additional players — £15 each, by prior agreement

Both packages include Gel Blaster equipment in various sizes, protective face masks, an Event Coordinator, organised games, 2,000 gel balls per player and a group photo. The price confirmed to you at the time of booking is the price you pay for your package.

A £50 deposit confirms your booking and secures your date. The deposit is deducted from the total price of your party.

The remaining balance is the package price, plus any agreed extras, minus your £50 deposit.

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by calling Dave on 07546 891404.

We understand that plans change. If you need to move your party to a different date, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

If we have to cancel your booking (other than because of a breach of these terms), we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you an alternative date or a full refund of the amounts you have paid us for the booking. We are not responsible for other costs you may have incurred (for example venue hire or catering arranged by you).

Some sessions take place outdoors or depend on suitable conditions. If the Event Coordinator decides that conditions are unsuitable or unsafe on the day, we may adapt the session, move it, postpone it or cancel it. If we cancel because of weather or unsuitable conditions, we will offer you an alternative date.

Our parties have a minimum age of 7 years. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the children they bring to the party at all times, and for ensuring the children understand that they must listen to and follow the Event Coordinator's instructions.

All players must follow the Event Coordinator's instructions throughout the session. Deliberately unsafe, reckless or disruptive behaviour is not permitted. To keep everyone safe, the Event Coordinator may pause games or ask a player to stop participating, and the Event Coordinator's decision on safety matters is final.

Protective face masks are supplied to every player and must be worn as directed whenever games are taking place. Players must not remove their face mask during games. Please tell the Event Coordinator straight away if a mask is damaged or does not fit properly.

Gel blasters and other equipment must only be used as instructed by the Event Coordinator. Misusing equipment — including deliberately firing outside of games or at people who are not playing — is not permitted.

Gel blaster games involve movement and physical activity. Please tell Dave before the party about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, additional needs or other relevant information affecting any player, so we can discuss suitability and make reasonable adjustments where possible. If you are unsure whether the activity is suitable for a child, contact us before booking.

We ask players to treat the equipment with care. You may be asked to pay the reasonable cost of repair or replacement where equipment is damaged deliberately or through clear misuse by a player in your party.

Different venue options are available depending on your location and requirements, and we will discuss these with you when you book. All venues must be safe and suitable for the activity, and we may decline a venue that we consider unsuitable or unsafe.

If you provide the venue (for example a hall or private space you have hired), you are responsible for obtaining permission to use it for a gel blaster party, for ensuring there is adequate safe space for the agreed number of players, and for the venue itself, including any damage to it.

Please arrive at the agreed time so the session can start promptly. If players arrive late, we may not be able to extend the session beyond its scheduled finish time, and the full package price remains payable.

Your package duration (60 or 90 minutes) is the playing session length agreed at booking. Time for setting up and packing away is arranged by us and does not reduce your playing time.

Both packages include up to 10 players. Additional players are £15 each and must be agreed with us in advance so we can bring the right equipment and organise games appropriately. Please confirm your expected numbers when you book and let us know of any changes before the party.

Each player receives 2,000 gel balls (supplied as 2 clips of 1,000) as part of the package. Additional gel balls can be pre-booked — 10,000 for £5. Our gel balls are water-based and 100% biodegradable.

We offer a group photo at the end of the party. If you do not want your child to be included in photographs, please tell Dave before the party and we will respect that.

Personal belongings brought to the party remain your responsibility. We recommend leaving valuables at home.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that are not caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence, or that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the booking was made.

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. We only use the details you give us to arrange and manage your booking and to contact you about it.

If you need to change any detail of your booking (date, numbers, location or package), contact us and we will confirm any changes in writing where possible. We may update these terms from time to time; the terms that apply to your booking are the version published on our website when your booking is confirmed.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
